I am pleased with the service and the quality of the product.
Camera works as advertised. I would prefer that the battery life would be longer than it is. I understood I could attach a longer life battery system to it but I see this is not possible. My mistake! I will work with what I have. I assemble the camera 2 1/2 hours from where I live so it is an inconvenience but I will cope.

We bought this product because our neighbors were vandalizing our car late at night. Well…it didn’t work the night they chopped down our tree, burned another tree and slashed three tires!!!! Now we’re SOL!! Buyer beware!

I’ve owned seven game cameras over the past 10 years. This is the worst of the lot.
I know, it’s an inexpensive unit…but I’ve got cheaper ones right now that are far superior.
The graininess and color fringing in the photos makes this one all but unusable, in my opinion. I have to spend a lot of time repairing the photos (using Paint Shop Pro X2) before they’re worth printing out.
Also, the unit’s cut-off light level for activating flash is too low. As a result, we get a lot of low-light photos (non-flash) with severely blurred animals that were only walking up to it.
I have another Moultrie purchased two years ago that’s only 2 Mpixels and cost less. It produces far better photos. But I don’t think I’ll buy any more Moultrie game cameras. I’d rather spend more and get usable photos.

Broken out of the box. Returned for refund. I would not recommend a low quality product like this one.
